Paddy put on a fine show. House concert in Biglerville Pa. All acoustic, not a microphone anywhere and his regulators filled the room with thick chords. Himself and John Walsh playing. PiperTim and myself were there judging his every triplet, cran and I can report he is everything he is cracked up to being. Good with the crowd and a grand showman.

Absolutely! I was able to bring my daughter with me as part of her birthday present. She turns 3 years old in a week and has been asking to see Paddy Keenan in concert since before she turned two. As a 1-year-old, she ate all of her meals with the Bothy Band playing in the background; eventually, she always asked me to put on “The Band” so she could hear Paddy. Although she was exhausted by the end of the concert, she had an absolute blast and is already asking to see him again.
When Paddy played a tune that he wrote for his daughter while she was a toddler and, at the end of it, said that he played it for my daughter, it brought tears to my eyes. I’m such a softy.
