Overton solo (Roisin Dubh) not amplified

I have been at Boy Scout camp Urland during the last four weeks teaching woodcarving, basket making, Art, and leatherwork. Only returning home for a short time on the week ends. Now I am catching up on the threads and have one to share. Last Sunday June 26th I played a solo with my new Oveton low D during the offering. I played from the balcony and the Overton filled the church without the PA system. Traditional whistle players will be happy to know that I played the tune Roisin Dubh. The sheet music came from the www.tinwhistler.com site.
( thanks go to the Wanderer.) Yes I read the black dots but also play some by ear. I also am now playing with the praise band and everyone is enjoying the new sound the whistle brings, and wants me to play again.
Of course I did pratice from the balcony with out the electric sound system before that Sunday. I wanted to play what I call real and non electric music. So what are your views on amplified or non electric music?
