Overton on eBay...is it real?

There is an Overton low D on eBay, I was wondering if it is really an Overton. Here’s the link:

Does anyone have an opinion on this? I know there is a certificate of authenticity, but I remember a recent debate over another Overton on eBay.

It’s a lousy picture and barely intelligible, but I’d say yes for two reasons. The fipple appears to be the distinctive Overton shape and the rectangle next to it is one of Colin’s certificates of authenticity. It’s a low whistle based on size comparison to the certificate, but who can tell about exact key from that picture.

Its probably legit.
