Well, I don’t know, the post about the two whistles sobbing about their unknown fate had me in tears. Unfortunately I already have a low D whistle coming…must…control…self…against…WhOA…force…

Alright, I’ll admit it! I still have my recorder from grade 8 sitting in a drawer somewhere in the house, and if I ever did happen upon it one day, I might just try and play it! 
They are trying to teach my youngest son recorder in school now too! I do not understand why they try and polute their minds at such an early age! Why not teach a tin whistle instead, way easier and much nicer sound! Ah well, we all started somewhere!

My apologies, I should have posted this info sooner. Thanks for asking Amar. The Overton is a Goldie dated Oct. 1999. It is in very good condition, a few minor wear marks here and there, but overall very good.

Actually the Overton is sold now too, off to Great Britian! It looks like both are going to experienced homes afterall!!
Only the Howard left now, and Jessie’s Kerry low D too!!
