I’m thankful I can’t hear the yapping. Check out my www, it’s my mixed dalmatians website with diary. She has over 12,000 hits and is international renowned. Dalmatians are a hoot. Was you dalmatian not-to-bright or stubborn or both?
I’m sorry you lost your dal-that’s hard- but am glad you got another dog. I never understand folks who say- "I loved (fill in the blank) so much I’ll never have another, or those who try to get one “just like” the one before.
My daughter only needs a beard to be the sptting image.
I see what you mean about the pebbles-avatar connection.
I need to change that picture some day.
I suppose the Dalamation was a good dog as far as dogs go. I confess never really cared much for her. My wife and kids liked her a lot more than I did.
She started having various health issues and one day she started having labored breathing that lasted about five minutes and she suddenly fell over dead as you please.
Our 15 year old poodle is hanging in there. He can’t see, hear or smell or chew too well but he’s still happy when the puppies leave him alone. I have to remind the household that he still needs attention even though there are puppies around.
Now that the dalmation is gone I spoil the poodle a lot more than before. He gets gravy with his dog food and Jerky Treats. I figure he could go any time so why not let him enjoy his waning years/months.
Chihuahuas make up for in testosterone what they lack in size. A neighbor of mine once had one that would chase cars down the street. If they stopped, he would try to bite their tires. Pedestrians knew never to meet his gaze directly.
I often wondered what that little dog saw when he looked in the mirror.
in the third pic.. the wee lad and rocky seem to be caught having caught each others attention, the way that only wee dogs and wee lads ever experience! cool!
