OT: Who is mentally disturbed?

In an effort to continue my policy of having nothing to say I want to pose the following question:

How many people here consider themselves mentally disturbed? Feel free to apply any definition of “mentally disturbed” you wish and to any extent you desire. This could be from obsessive about whistle acquisition to psychotic.

If you do not feel you are disturbed then perhaps you could tell us of someone who IS. And please do not hesitate to use words like ‘daft’, ‘demented’, ‘one brick short of a load’, etc.

I’m a recovering alcoholic, who has “gone back out”, to use the AA venacular, several times. The AA definition of mentally ill, is someone who tries the same thing over and over again, expecting different results. So, I guess I’m crazy.

I don’t know if I am ‘mentally disturbed’ or not. But I am invisible! I can walk into a room, make a relavant comment or post a message and get completely ignored. Happens all the time.

I’m not sure that I’m disturbed, but I certainly can be disturbing.

As far as others here, Martin Milner, Dale Wisely and Walden are demented.
Bloomfield has multiple personalities.
Jerry Freeman is obsessive compulsive.
Azalin is just obsessive and Murphy Stout is just compulsive.
Serpent is a few fries short of a happy meal.
Avanutria has ADHD.
Jim Stone is weird.
Tom Dowling has Tourette’s syndrome.

In fact, the only normal person on the whole board is Hiro Ringo. Maybe you should PM him.

This assumes that someone, anyone, is normal. I’m certainly not normal and I might be disturbed, especially if you play bagpipes outside my window at 4am.
