I have ordered a Trad. Session Harp from Brendan Power in Australia and was wondering if anyone here had any experience with these instruments. A unique harmonica that’s perfect for playing tunes in a set and following the key changes. It is a D and a G harmonica in one instrument, using the format of the chromatic harmonica but constructed into a Power Double Diatonic. The slide spring is removed and the slide made ultra airtight with a bit of friction, so it can be set to either scale in an instant.
The instrument was shipped to me this week so I hope to be able to post a review soon. If anyone has any experience with these harps I would appreciate hearing about it.
