I am just in the door after spending most of the night at a concert I was invited to, the concert of Brid O Donoghue’s tin whistle school.
With things as they have been for the past few months I seem to have lost track of time a bit and I have come to the realisation that it is indeed nearly the season… Never mind, with the sound of the finale of the evening, that of Jingle Bells played on close to 150 tin whistles [yes that’s right a hundred and fifty] still echoing in my head and the image of Paddy Canny beaming while his eight year old grand daughter played a wonderful version of the London Lasses in my mind’s eye, it’s probably as appropriate a moment to wish you all the best for christmas. So there you have it, all the best and happiness.
Same to you and all on the Board, spread over the entire year and lifetimes as well…
