Well, I’ll be publishing an article about this question of being allowed to play the whistle in a public place in Deadwood, as soon as it gets here, A friend read it over the phone and it sounds pretty yellow to me! This is going to get interesting. Is anybody any good at writing pettions? I’m not. Anybody want a copy of the ordinance,let me know, I need some help here!
