Proposition 1892.819: Internet Irritation

No person may disseminate material or cause another to disseminate material via electronic means that could possibly cause irritation to a user of said material.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  1. pop-up advertising
  2. spam
  3. Error 404: File Not Found messages
  4. DAEMON mail returned messages
  5. websites that require software you don’t have and must download to see anything
  6. websites that refuse to let you “go back” when you try to “go back”
  7. outdated information
  8. lies
  9. opinions that are different from the users
  10. information meant to inflame
  11. offers of breast enlargement and viagra
