This is Brigitte here (from a friend’s computer). After a long time of smooth working our computer died early this morning. Hopefully we will be up and running early next week without any data losses.

my weekend has already started (day off tomorrow). we should arrange a spring celebration party with cornbread at our place soon. we can have the messageboard members propose the rest of the meal with recipes (chile con carne?) & i will attempt to create it.

The ONLY proper entree to serve with corn bread is ham and navy beans. I thought you Euro types were the very avatars of good taste. Hmmph!

Which is why we avoid serving beans(*) to a good company before a long evening… :roll:

I won’t comment breathiness. We’d end up redefining the whole “cosmic drainpipe” concept, and this would seem doubly irreverent, considering who started this out-of-control thread :roll:

Hello and here is Brigitte again from our repaired computer. Fortunately no data losses had happened this time as it was “only” the mainboard/processor and all seems to work smooth again with the new one and I will start a backup straight after this message just to make sure :slight_smile: . Will take a little while to catch up with the backlog we have but I hope all will be back to normal in the next week or so.

Tom, when is the party planned? I look forward to see and taste cornbread first time… chili “withno” carne is fine as well :wink:
