Well, this is off topic since I’m talking about the wrong instrument. Can anyone tell me anything about these instruments? I know thet are made in Ireland by Dermont McIlroy, who used to work at Lowden for about 7 years. Are there any McIlroy guitar owners out there? What are your opinions? Thanks!
edit: Also, does anyone know anything about Jeff Robertson’s guitars. He is a luthier out of New York. That is pretty much all I know about him.

I’ve seen pictures of McIlroys before but in none of them did they show a close up of the headstock. It has a very interesting logo. It looks like your friend has a great guitar (especially for fingerstyle!)
