This place was just featured on our TV local news magazine show. I’ll grant that it’s unique, but I can’t grasp the appeal of staying there for days. Is there anyone here who would look forward to a vacation like this?
I can see camping adventure etc. but isn’t the idea to get warm at night?

Apparently the place melts each year and will be back 4 times larger this winter.

It was cool. Literally. (Sorry, I couldn’t resist that one.) We toured it when my in-laws visited us. I think they are making an ice museum now instead of a hotel – I haven’t been out there yet this winter so I haven’t seen what’s going on there.

I’d like to stay at an Ice Hotel someday. But I tend to be unusual anyway.
I wonder if they ban hot water bottles.
