I have to go to concerts for a class I am taking, but I don’t know of anything nice this summer. If anyone knows of one, I’d be ever so happy.

Where in Colorado? It’s a long way from Durango to Ft. Collins.
If you’re in the Boulder area, there are concerts of various types at Chautauquah http://chautauqua.bouldernet.com/programs.html There are often things to see at the University of Colorado, but less in the summer than when school is in session.
Just saw something about the Aspen Music Festival - not sure when it is, this is Classical music. Bluegress in Telluride real soon now.
