OK, this has nothing to do with whistles, but it’s still pretty funny in a “I like making fun of innocent people in the street” kind of way.
They’re mad! Mad, I tell you!
But pretty darn funny all the same.
I’ve never met anyone called Nigel that wasn’t a bit of a prat. And never met anyone called Nigella. There’s always hope - in both cases.
They may be on the dole, but at least they don’t sit around all day.
I was laughing before I even got through the Introduction of the Tutorial…lol! 
Ha! This photo was taken in the open-air market in Norwich, my home town. I’ve eaten chips from that chip wagon! And when I go back for a visit I usually have a cup of tea at Jarrold’s and sit looking out of that bow window above the red sale sign. I might have gone to school with Nigel’s dad, who was probably called Clive.
What I wonder is, could you do this in America?
My first worry: are there enough gooky looking people, or are all the girls like Cindy Crawford, and all the guys like Brad Pitt? Here in the UK we specialise in eccenticity, especially in old age. Good looking people can’t blend in, too many ugly folk around.
Second, would you have to worry about getting shot if someone took offence? In the UK, the worst you’ll get is a thick ear, or a handbag beating…
