Does anyone know of an online resource where I could find a fingering chart for a bagpipe chanter?

Which bagpipe are you asking about? There is more than one type of bagpipe.

When I found this, I was already familiar with the GHB fingering and could play several tunes, so I can’t really vouch for the teaching method. I personally urge anyone interested in the pipes to get at least a few lessons from a competent teacher.

Thanks one and all for your feedback. Fancypiper thanks for the link! Took a look and like a kid in a candy store, I was! I recently received a chanter and hadn’t the first idea of fingering. I futzed (couldn’t find this word in Webster’s?! 
) with it for a while and new I was close, but there were just a few sublte details I missed!
Now to really annoy the neighbors - a GHB and the tune Silent Night 
!!!
