Ordering the Grey Larsen books

In an all-too-common display of Undisputed Boneheadedness, in today’s issue of the newsletter I put in amazon.com links for purchasing Grey’s books. It should have occurred to me that Grey would make a lot less money by having the books sold through amazon.com vs. directly. So, let me appeal to you to consider ordering his books through the following links:

ORDER GREY’s books:

For the essential guide to irish flute and tin whistle:

for the essential tin whistle toolbox:

Thanks,

Dale

Just ordered my Essential Tin Whistle Toolbox direct from Grey.

Note that he’ll autograph the books, if requested in the order comments.

To me,theres no room for doubt that these books(esp.‘Essential Guide’) have had a certain impact on ITM world. Dale.

Once I read it,I felt as if I got a privileged education. Very inspiring books too. Hats off to his efforts and passion to make something better! :astonished:

The Essential Tin Whistle Toolbox is very excellent book. I gave a brief review of the first section of the book is in another posting. Now I am in the second section and working on cuts. I still feel that it is the best book on whistling that I have used. The two additional addons as also excellent.

Amazon will ship for free, though, where the Larsen site ships for 4 bucks and up. On the other hand, nobody at Amazon will autograph it for you except maybe for some guy in shipping. If you do order through Amazon, make sure to use the click-through link in the C&F newsletter so C&F gets a cut.

Grey makes four times as much per book if you order from him directly.

Too true.

The upside of having a book on Amazon is that more people will see it than would stumble onto Grey’s web site. I’ve got the only book in my catalog up on Amazon (Ted Hillson’s Tae Kwon Do Classic Forms) and while they take a big cut, they’re selling about 4 times as fast as Ted can get them out the door right now, either in person or through his web site.
