Just looking at The Onion in History. Is it a new feature or have I been cluelessly missing it all along?

It’s been there all along - always a gem not to be missed. I think they have a book of them for sale somewhere as well.
From what I understand that the onion has been used since time immerorial for cooking and medicinal concoctions, so I don’t think it is really new

there is an onion collection in book form… I suggest you check it out at your library… and return on time of course!
