As I am new to the boards here it’s quite likely this has been discussed over and over again. But are there any good online resources for learning to play Uilleann Pipes? Namely the embelishments.
I’ve found several great traditional Irish tune websites. But none specifically dedicated to Uilleann pipes, and none teaching embellishments. Any help would be appreciated.

You would be better off finding a UPiper near you who can show you this stuff. You would learn it much faster than trying to translate a written description. Hi Jeremy, welcome to the board. Yeah, a real tutor is much better but failing that, try Sean Potts Uilleann Pipes - CD Rom tutorial available from the Mad for Trad site at: http://www.irishmusic.com
It has a good section for beginners and on ornamentation for the more advanced all with Sean sitting there and demonstrating 
Be sure to check out Patrick D’Arcy’s http://www.uilleannobsession.com It’s a wealth of information on the pipes, with links to virtually all on-line piping resources and then some.

Thanks for the sites guys. I agree and wish their was another piper in my town, but I haven’t found one yet. As for great north pipers, where are you guys located. I am in Bemidji, MN and Have no car, so have a hard time getting around. I’ve heard of other pipers in Duluth, but never actually met one.
