Hello, and to everybody on the C&F FF, I notice that I have been here for a whole year. Wow! I never saw myself as going this far.

I have learned some lessons, from more than a few of the members of this board, and have comfortably made some adjustments, my thanks to you!

Congrats about being a year here!

I’m here since 4+ months ago. Not much, but I’m very happy about having found this forum. C&F is the best. Now I’ve meet it I can imagine life without it, LOL!

I’ll be rather sad because this year I’m going to leave my country in a permanent way, and I don’t think I’ll have much time (like now) to frequent here anymore

After reading this, I put my computer to sleep for a few moments, to think about it.

I wondered, what’s the difference between a habit, and an addiction?

There is the phenomenon known as Internet addiction, but I honestly don’t think I’m subject to that, for this is about the only site on the entire Web where I spend any interactive time. My time here likely does qualify as a habit, however, but I like it!

habits are automatic behaviors, whereas addictions are characterized by an intense dependency on a person, situation, action, or substance.
