My daughter wanted an “accordion cake” for her birthday party (her favorite singer plays accordion). I think the baker outdid herself. Figured others here might appreciate it. So, here you have it…the “Cake-cordion”!

That was clever. My Mom taught me cake decorating techniques. I rarely decorate, I like pie. I liked the stylized pleats.
The subject matter makes me cringe, but the sheer artistry that went into that is unmistakable.
