I can’t recall the track listings for this record, but Vin Garbutt is much more of a singer songwriter - and a very good one at that - than whistle player. This is not a record of whistle playing. Probably only 2 or at most 3 whistle tracks on it. He has quite a unique style of his own, and used to favour playing a “C” Clarke’s whistle.
That LP is probably for a completist.

I had not heard of Vin Garbutt so I visited his website. He sounds like an interesting person. It sounds as though he had some really bad luck with his health but is on the road to recovery.
“completist” Definition: noun. A person who obsessively gathers the complete collection of a particular set of items (such as a musician’s recordings or an author’s books).
Not quite me…I am not quite obsessive. But I will try and buy that record.
