Old Tin Whistles

Very new to this site, joined mainly to acquire information on three tin whistles I found in an old estate in New Zealand.I am from New Zealand and wish to find info on:
[1] CONCORD…chromed brass,[Bb],embossed with panel…Superior British Manufacture…14.4 inches long.

[2] LYRIC[pictorial Harp]…brass,[Bb],embossed with panel showing name in banner panel[LYRIC] entwined on stand-up harp…14.4 inches long.

[3] Chromed brass…no names…[F]…9.6 inches long.

If anyone can help as to history and or values, because I would put them up for sale as a package lot.Look forward to your replies…cheers…Jeff.

Jeff, last month I saw quite a phenomenal collection of old tin whistles at Ralph Sweet’s place in Connecticut. I dare say he may be able to answer some of your questions. He doesn’t show up here often, but you can email him at RALPHSWEET@AOL.COM or try his webpage, which I know someone posted here somewhere. . .try a search on SWEETHEART WHISTLE FIFE FLUTE and you’ll come up with it.

My hometown was Brass Capital of the World, and there was quite a market for chromed and non-chromed whistles from my area. I don’t have any, but I did bid on one that eventually went for about $70
