Bri~

Hey, guys! I’ll be with you in spirit. September at Mack’s doesn’t look good, either, but I’ll see what I can do.

Tom

Hi all,
Met with Brian last night for dinner, what a great time, he had my family charmed and laughing in no time. (You all should ask him about his trip to Denver for a Star Wars convention).
Later on we gathered up our whistles and went off to a park where we played for about 2 1/2 hours. Brian is simply amazing on both whistle and bohran. While my playing is no where in his class yet he was gracious and encouraging and didnt mention how badly I play.
Late this morning we are going to meet for a session at na local coffee house. All in all this has been a great trip.

P.S.

Mack,
we are thinking of heading back through grand junction, maybe we could have lunch or something

Ron

Hey Ron,

You are always welcome! Give us an approximate ETA so we won’t be off to the store or something.
Mack

Hi All,
Back in Denver after a great weekend of tunes.
We were running late leaving Mack so we went through wyoming again, next trip we are definatley going through grand junction though and staying overnight there.

Thanks again to Brian and his session mates for showing me such a grand time and graciously allowing me to sit in (even if I did only know one tune to play along with)

Don’t let Ron’s words fool you!

You’d all be best to keep your eye on this one! He’s got ‘virtuoso’ in his blood I think! Give him time to get into the music a bit more, and he’ll be our next Larry Nugent!

Bri~

geez Brian, after a build up like that I am really going to have to settle in and start working my bottom off. Don’t forget ot e-mail me your address so I can send you that tape
