A tin whistler is needed for Shenanigans, a band playing Irish and Scottish TRADITIONAL music In the Albany-Schenectady-Troy New York Region. We are a middle-aged and still-developing quartet, but have had successful paying gigs. We feature the box (melodeon), tin whistle, a guitarist, and a singer/bodhranist, and play other instruments, too. We perform from OPEN tunebooks (we have four of them), and we are only involved in this one night a week on average, as it is not our livelihood and we each have other hobbies. Our whistler has moved on to other activities, though, and we are seeking a replacement. If you live near us, please write back (give user ID or email address), and we will give further details.
