Now, this is what I call a fundraiser!

Check out what my choir is doing to raise money for the choral scholarship fund:

We 'piskies sure know how to throw a party, eh?

Don’t forget the olives! (And an unopened bottle of vermouth, which should remain unopened).

Cheers!

I’ll bet they’ll be singing pretty after a few of those.

If you’ll provide Bombay Saphire, my liver will be yours to do with what you will.

Ah…this stuff makes Sapphire seem like bathtub gin! Ultra-high-class, artisan gin.

And yes, we always sing better with a few under our belts!

Is it locally distilled? And do they sell it in stores, or online?

There was a place somewhere in Vermont (or NH?) that used to make a gin and it made the BEST martinis… you’d swear you had just taken a bite of a fresh cucumber.

Yes, it’s locally distilled. See here:

They sell it in several stores in Northern California, but I don’t believe they can sell it on-line.

Just to explain the connection a bit…it is traditional for Anglican choirs to meet over gin and tonic after rehearsals. When this fundraising opportunity came to us, it was too good to pass up!
