They probably just never got around to it. Remember somewhere in the South (Alabama? Georgia? Somewhere in there…) a few years ago where the funeral home director who mistreated and improperly disposed of human bodies couldn’t be charged with a very heavy crime because it wasn’t illegal? It’s the same kind of thing…
There was an advertisement on the page for a bank with a photo of a piggy bank. It seemed ironic.

Just as tasteless as the story I posted about a man doing it with a chicken a while back and that drew screaming rages, it was censured and deleted but this is an American story, so I guess it is in good taste.

I really don’t think it would have been any better if he were doing the horse instead of the other way around. Either way, the horse was raped.

Really, it doesn’t seem so.
For the dual crimes of Animal Rape and Stupidity, he was sentenced
to a ripped large intestine. I suppose death was a bit harsh.
The point is, if people’s sense of justice is served (as mine is here),
they tend to overlook the tastelessness…
