What is it that’s different about the way he walks? We’ve been trying to copy it here (hey, it beats working) and we just can’t get it. 
It may have something with being a jogger.
I was office manager of a medical practice where the doctor had specialized in sports medicine for some years.
An osteopath (in the US, they have the same training as an MD, plus the structural manipulation techniques), he once treated me by pulling my left hip back into line (POP!). From then on, my walk was different, in that my pelvis and hips moved more freely.
I mentioned this to the doctor, and he said, “Yeah. A lot of joggers end up with their hips jammed out of line and their hip joints become stiff. They walk like this …” and he demonstrated a walk with a sort of locked up hip/pelvis mechanism that looks something like what Mr. Bush does.

My guess is that he’s basically a kid who imagines he’s the cowboy in the white hat, and that he’s swinging his arms wide of an imaginary pair of six-shooters that he’s ready to draw at the first sign of trouble.

I also think, seriously, that people get pretty self-conscious when they are President of the US. I remember Clinton walked kinda funny too, especially when he had to place wreaths at soldier’s graves and such. It always looked awkward.

Seriously though, I imagine I might like George Bush as a person, but his administration’s policies and ideology are bad for the US and bad for the world.

Just picking a nit here, but it’s actually a lager; possibly the finest product from Texas. Back when I was going to annual conferences in Dallas or Austin, the first thing I always looked for was Shiner bock on tap.
I’m a fiscal conservative and a social liberal. And I’m thoroughly convinced we do not now have a Republican or a conservative administration in the White House.
I’m kind of a moderate/libertarian/conservative, and I agree with this 100%.
And certainly a nit worth picking if you are a beer nut. Shiner Bock is not an ale for sure. Bocks are fermented with a bottom fermenting (lager style) yeast. But they are not always lagered (fermented below 50F) - though Shiner Bock may be (here my ignorance is exceeded only by my good looks).
Shiner is a pretty good beer, and if you like it you’d probably also like Anchor Steam from San Francisco.
