No. 1

I now listen to very little pop music. But, I can still appreciate a well-crafted song. So, I find myself in agreement with the editors of Rolling Stone: The best single of 2006 is

“Crazy” by Gnarls Barkley.

That is all.

P.S. Here’s a live version, but I prefer the studio version, which is the 2nd link.

Number One over here a while back..

Lovely smooth sound though…

Kinda grows on ye..

Pop music..eh?

Slan,
D.

I LOVE the animated Rorschach for the vid. Looks like naval uniforms for the live version. I don’t know what the reference is. The song is pretty forgetable to me, I’m afraid, but that animation is just brilliant!

Took a while for the noise to clear, but this is what that song reminds me of … a bit …

I like the song, and I agree, the video is outstanding!

A refreshing trip through yesterdays song styling… good song.

I think you’re crazy, Dale

Surely founder/moderators do not have to put up with such baseless criticism, especially during this period of good will.
Ban her, Dale.
Is that enough sucking up to the BIG MAN?

The song is pretty okay. There are a few changes that don’t seem to work. And the lyrics are a little ungainly at times, but it wouldn’t be pop music if the lyrics were immaculate.

It is a catchy song on an otherwise highly forgettable album.

You can suck up all you want…I now think you’re crazy too

I have to agree that the rest of the CD is forgettable.

Nice song.

Dale, is that Ving in your avatar? Ving is da man!
