Well…Kari and I jumped into the Sasuto/Dixon arena’s with the delievery of our Sasuto D and Dixon D whistles today. Till now I have diligently practiced scales…tunes on a variety of beat up whistles (Hmmmm Its out of tune, Here Honey …let me see it…WHAM WHAM WHAM…Here …Thanks much better) Well
now thats all changed I can actually hear the difference between tunes, Inisheer sounds pretty good now, Cockles and Mussels sounds downright enjoyable We wont get into
how “Sally Gardens” sounds. (I didnt know you could actually make those sounds from a whistle..Well…Maybe a Steam Whistle in Eb.)
But thats my ineptitude My only 2 complaints have to do with the Sasuto,And thats not my whistle, Its my Hunny Bunnie’s, Heh,She can play the (Expletive Deleted) out of it.
Heh..Just found my new best whistle.
