New Whistler

I just started playing the whistle a few days ago, I recorded myself playing 3 songs i figured out myself. I wanted you guys to take a listen and see what you think about the whistle sound, the playing in general, and any suggestions you have. I dont have a whistle book, but im going to get one soon. :slight_smile:

Nice, very good start IMO.
Actually I have a selfmade short tune that is very similar to your first tune.

The first tune I was playing was Lord of the Rings. :slight_smile: Before I found this forum and didnt know anything about whistles, I bought one off of ebay. The guy selling it didnt say who made it just that it was made of brass, its called an Azarkar.

I have bad news, even though have not bought anymore whistles, I have developed WhOA. I know that if I ever run across a whistle, the chance of me passing one up is slim to none :slight_smile:

Welcome! May you have many enjoyable hours witht the whistle.

Beware of people that give advice here and have a record of MANY posts. They are LAMERS who spend far too much time posting messages, when they should be practicing the whistle.
