It is a Japan-only release.
That is a nice price increase. It is selling for 2730 yen on Amazon Japan.
There is a single demo track on the Sony site, but it is the typical low-whistle/synthesiser stuff Mr. Spillane seems to like. I don’t know about the rest of the tracks.
