new keyed flute?

hello all,
im looking to buy 6 keyed flute and trying to decide what maker to go to. Im considering Terry McGee, Sam Murray and Peter Noy but am open to others. I currently play a keyless Cotter flute which is an amazing flute but i have had numerous problems with it cracking. I really love the powerful tone that it has and the push that youre able to give it. What would be the best way for me to go in getting a new flute? Im not in a huge rush to get it either so waiting lists are fine unless they are for 3 or more years

My shortlist would include Peter Noy and Tom Aebi.

I vote for the McGee, but that is the only one from the list I have ever played.

Definitely consider the McGee – I just received my 6-key Gidgee Rudall Perfected, and each day there are new delightful surprises. It’s unfortunate that it’s so difficult to try out different flutes, but do so if you can! Best of luck in your search!
