Santa was good to me last Christmas. With a small machine lathe I now am able to offer some new flute designs.

The non-homogeneous copper tenon always bothered me. Guess I’ll have to order one of the new ones!
I quite like the copper with the white. I admit the other colours look better without it.
Also, Doug, I notice your new addition of “bore” flutes? Why that term for them? And would you consider making a B fife of that ilk?
Hey Doug would one be able to trade in an old Tipple modle for a new one with the Machined tenon and wedge? Might be a good idea for all of us who have an older model.

Very cool. What about a coupler put on then lathed down to give the flute sort of a traditional profile?
