This flute was listed on ebay before, a couple of months ago if I remember right. I think the windweavers is an ebay account Michael Copeland uses. Its good to see he is still making the odd instrument.
I was wondering if it was the same one or another in a series. Can’t remember if the earlier one sold or not.
Best wishes.

It’s hard to say. I looked through the “sold” and “completed” auctions on eBay and there is no mention of another flute. That’s apparently not unusual for “Buy It Now” listings. There’s no mention of this most recent listing either. And there is no feedback on Copeland’s account for a flute lately, pretty much about whistles.
It’s just nice to see he’s still making instruments.

I found both eBay listings for the rosewood flutes.
IIRC the older listing “ended” not sold for Buy It Now. I’m not sure how eBay works. And I’m not sure whether these listings are for same rosewood flutes or different flutes entirely. The exact same five photos were used for both listings, however, different flutes still possible with just the use of one set of pics. I’d like to know that MC is still producing something flute/whistle. I’m not a fluter nor do I even belong over here in the flute forum. But “Copeland” is a key word. And I do like wood. ![]()
I always liked Michael’s flutes. I had several come through the store over the years back in the day.
They’re based on a Prowse model and have sort of a Prattenesque power but a much sweeter top end than a Pratten.
