Antaine, are you referring to the Communion hymn? I don’t know if anyone is regularly posting abc’s of hymns on the web, but here’s the lyrics:

that’s the one, but no church I know of uses it, and I have never seen it in a collection or hymnal. Does it perhaps use the same melody as another song?

Couldn’t tell you. I’m not even Christian. I found the reference on Google from some church groups there.
