Need measurements of O'Riordan whistle

I’ve been on Pat O’Riordan’s list for almost 2years and hope to hear from him soon. In the meantime, my father-in-law is making me a custom wood display box for the whistles with grooved places for the whistles. He’s breathing down my neck for whistle measurements. I asked someone I know but haven’t received a response. If anyone can supply me with the following, I would be most grateful.

Length and width of wood high d at in-tune length.
LxW of wood c tube

Thanks in advance. I’ll photograph the box and post a picture after Christmas. (Then, hopefully, I’ll have a nice O’Riordan to put in it later on.)
