I’m checking out the creative site but they really aren’t showing me much. My player is stalled on the startup image (notes flying around the globe) and if I hit the reset button it tries to load and then goes back to the startup button. Do any of you know how I can fix this? Or do I have to send it in to the manufacturer? I’m hoping one of you might know cause I’d like to have this thing with me for the Chris Langan weekend next week.

Post a message on the Creatives website, there are forums for MP3 players with some administrators actually getting paid to answer messages, so you might find a solution to your problem.

I got my own iRiver back from the dead, so even if you don’t have yours at least I’ll be able to send you what I’ll tape.
Ha! I’m not as dumb as I look… I fixed the problem without any of those smart techies at Creative! I got a couple of good laughs reading about how pissed people were with their mp3 players! Anyways, thanks to however read this thread.
