Around the first of July 2006, I will be opening a new website specifically as a service to makers and sellers of whistles, flutes, what have you. The site will provide you with an RSS feed to announce and showcase your products for sale, reviews, comments, etc.
This service will be free. I am providing it as a “thank you” to the C&F community for past and present business, and the kindness and support I’ve been shown here.
Makers, tweakers, sellers, are encouraged to email me through my website to sign up for this service. You will be able to author your own feed text, images, and sounds, and the resultant feed will be obtainable by anyone with an RSS aggregator who wishes to add it.
Again: This is a free service I am building. Nobody will have to pay for any part of it, and nobody will be asked to contribute anything but their own information they want presented, to it. You will be free to add the feed to your own website, blog, whatever.
Use the “Contact Serpent Music” button on my website (WWW link in my siggy) to let me know you’re interested, so I can add you to the list of authorized feeds and get your sign-in information to you for the “go live”.
