You are right, billh. On a closer look the caps look much more Harrington than Maloney (though one is reg and the other drone):

Oh, I see, you mean the c’‘/d’‘’ key. Hadn’t noticed that it was straight on the paperclip chanter. Thought you meant a “ring key,” like the Fnat.
Sorry again. I confused the hands. The right hand normally is down - so the 3rd-octave-key is shoved by the index-finger and not by the pinky. In a “Maloney-case” however it seemed to be operated by the “index-knuckle”. This picture (partly) shows what I mean:
