Mystery chanter bought at boot sale for £25

I went to a carboot sale today and bought an unusual chanter for £25. Theres no reed in it so dont know if it works but from its size it looks to be a concert d. No keys but there are blocks for 2 keys. Made of ebony, brass top with a carving of a foxes head on top made of mahogany. The chanter is stamped at the bottom OGIE. Anyone guess as to the maker.
By the looks of the foxes head, it was probably not original to the chanter but its a nice carving.

Martin Doyle the flute maker,has a son called Ogie.I belive he made some chanters under Martins guideance.I would wager that it works very well,as Martin makes good pipes.
