MY rhythm should be this good

I admit that I didn’t watch the entire vid, but I am in awe.

dressage on a whole 'nother level!!! and if you didn’t watch it all, you missed out!!!
:astonished:

thanks, I just bookmarked that.

That was awesome!!

Definitely watch it to the end…I don’t know horses but still found it awesome!

I think I’ll try to get my ride to do that.
What? So it’s a bike. I still think we can do it…

I finally had the time to watch it to the end. It’s incredible alright!

This has been a favorite clip of mine for a long time. I’ve been a dressage rider (not anywhere near this level!) and the whole ride is incredible. However, my favorite section is something that most people would pass over. Right around 3:08, after a very technical first half, the horse is asked to extend and lower its head, and walk in a relaxed and free manner before it is gathered up for that awesome second half. I really love how it just lets go and ambles around.

I noticed that too. “Collecting” itself, before collecting again. (shake it off… yeah… relax… yeah… you can do this… gather yourself in… alrighty then… bring it on!)

As an avid non-horse person, that was incredible.
I’m more impressed with the rider. He could have been reading a book the whole time.
I didn’t know Brits were such good cowboys. (funny looking cowboy hat though).

Trust me, he may have looked all calm and inanimate, but he was working almost as hard as the horse.

 ya, just sittin’ there, eh!

Think “Fox Hunting.” Tally-Ho and that sort of thing, Old Bean!!!

That’s why I was so impressed. It’s like watching Bela Fleck play the banjo.

Don’t be silly. Everyone knows the rhythm method doesn’t work.

The horse and rider are Danish. Don’t insult them.
