Last sunday we had a wonderful day here in Luxembourg: beautiful snow and sunshine. So I asked my daughter to take a few photos. Unfortunately we don’t have a digital camera yet, so the quality is not optimal. I hope you will enjoy the pics nevertheless.
Wow! Beautiful!!! Thanks for sharing ![]()
Loren
wow, that is really very beautiful!
Beautiful. There’s something about those buildings that reminds me of the fairy tale books I saw when I was really young.
Steve
WOW! You are very fortunate to be surrounded by such beauty! I agree with Steve, the buildings look just like something from a fairy tale book. Did all the writers of fairty tales come from Luxembourg?
Thanks for sharing!!
Cheryl
Both the scenery and photography are magnificent!
Philo
Absolutely beautiful, and very serene!

The pictures look great with the snow. Do they ever eat snow ice cream in Europe?
Brigadoon it IS.
And a destination too. I’ll wait for the right foggy day to get in ![]()
thanks for your kind comments everyone. One day we’re going to have a session together up in that castle, huh?
Very beautiful, Claudine. Certainly beats snow-covered Copenhagen. ![]()
Jens, I have never been in Copenhagen. Would you post a few pics? With our without snow.
I’m proud to be a neighbour of yours Claudine
WoW. Looks like Belle’s little town in the Disney film “Beauty & The Beast” or something. I mean that in the best possible way because those pictures are awesome & definately looks like somethin’ out of a fairy tale. I would love the chance to make some snow ice cream there. =)
Today’s precious moments are tomorrow’s fond memories.

Very neat!
Claudine,
Your daughter is very talented. Not only is the scenery beautiful but the photos are very professionly composed.
Walden,
What’s snow ice-cream? I guess that might mean we don’t have it here, but maybe it has a different name.
All: We actually had enough snow in London yesterday to build snowmen - until some chuffheads decided to knock them to bits. My Australian friends are in heaven, having never experienced snow before we’ve had the best fall of really fluffy snow in a few years.
The pictures are really pretty, our London architecture, while varied, doesn’t quite match up!
Utterly wonderful, Claudine! Thank you for sharing! ![]()

C’est très beau, Claudine. It’s no wonder
you would ever want to come to the wide open spaces of Texas. Kudos to the photographer…

Walden…I guess this must be an Oklahoma thing.
Martin, Snow ice-cream = snow, sugar, vanilla (or your favorite) extract, milk, & eggs(you can leave these out if you are afraid of samanilla, but it gives the ice cream more texture). Just fill a bowl with some fresh clean snow, add milk, sugar, & flavoring & there you have it…snow ice cream.

You can try this one as well http://www.cooksrecipes.com/dessert/snow-ice-cream-recipe.html
