I think some one just posted about his first tweaking as well; But anyway, I just tweaked my first whistle 
! I noticed on my new Dixon aluminum body saprono D, that ther was a couple of rough edges on the blade so I smoothed them out, then I saw a piece of aluminum haning down from the L2 hole(I’m sure you didn’t let that get out on purpose Tony 
), so I took my needle nose plyers and took it off, then sanded it a little. I had no idea how much difference that little bit made. Now it sounds warmer all around in bothe octives, and its not quite as sharp, and shrill in the second octive. Anyway, sorry, I just wanted to let out my excitement

Congrats Tal! Good for you. And its a good thing that you didn’t mess up the whistle in any way. You know, you could’ve sent it back to Tony, and he would have solved the problem. 
Don’t worry though. My Dixon was similar. It had many little leftover PVC pieces in the head, and stray pieces under the toneholes. Fixed them myself too. Hooray for the Dixon Tweakers!!! 
Just be glad you didn’t cut yourself on the tuning slide…like me
