You know, I’ve gotten used to getting some pretty strange emails with all the various versions of the Nigerian Scam and all the other spam that comes flying at me through cyberspace… but this one has to take first place in Most Bizarre Email ever received:
It’s a religious chant of some sort. For years now stickers and posters etc have been popping up all over the place with the exact same phrase that appears in your E-Mail.I even had a little one stuck on my lunch box at one stage…never did me no harm.
Sure isn’t the constant repetion of the Hare Krishna chant much the same thing as repeated sayings of the Rosary, both devices delivering a kind of “Religious high”.
Same thing only with different words.

..runs for cover before the blasphemy brigade launch a counter attack…
Reminds me of the joke about the bloke who had “Meg” tattooed on his… His girlfriend Sue complained about it until later she discovered it was actually “Made in Hong Kong.”
WOO HOO!! Do I get to be the president of the blasphemy brigade? “Ready the anti-blasphemy rocket…all phasers on “stun”…fire only on my command!” I just have always wanted to say that stuff
seriously though, I don’t think I’ve ever experienced a “religious high” after saying the Rosary. Can’t speak about the Hare Krishna chant, as I’ve never done it
I chant all the time, just not ‘gouranga, gouranga, gouranga’. Of course I’m not chanting much of anything at the moment because I think I may die of coughing…is it possible for one to die of coughing? It certainly feels as though it is.
~a rather miserable ad who almost managed to type those few sentences without having a five-minute coughing fit
The thing is, I was sick over three weeks ago-- the main cold symptoms lasted about 3 or 4 days, but this cough will not go away for anything! In fact, I think it’s getting worse. :-/
And yes, I can hear Fly all the way here in Atlanta… he might want to lower it just a notch.
