Can anyone pass on the tune to Miss Grace Speirs of Elderslie’s Reel, from the Mackintosh Collection?
In my imagination, I can play it like Chris Norman and David Greenberg. Almost.

Unfortunately, the collection in IMSLP is by Abraham Mackintosh. The reel I’m looking for is by Robert Mackintosh.

A lower whistle would also be in order, to do justice to the two-octave range.
It doesn’t immediately strike me as a whistle tune, but you might try it in G:

The tune in Bb is doable on a Bb whistle, if you play it like the tune is in “D.” It’d use the whole range up into the 3rd octave with the high Bbs, but it’s possible.
