yep - he’s there with capercaille. i checked out the band’s website as well and he’s touring too!
I haven’t seen Capercaillie for nearly 14 years (well before McGoldrick’s time) but I’m guessing you won’t hear a lot of him. I watched a Kate Rusby DVD and he was an accompanying musician (and a good one at that) so he was present but not doing the acrobatics he’s known for doing.
Is a trapset drummer touring with them? I quit listening to Capercaillie when they started using too much trapset and electric guitar.
