This magazine is all about how you …

Cool, Lee. :sunglasses:
It does sound like an interesting mag - I might suggest it to a couple friends of mine. All of them fit the target audience.
Nice picture - you should use it for your avatar…

Hi Lee. That’s an excellent piece. The magazine looks great!

I like your poem, But here’s a verse that replaced Desiderata on my music room wall:

was don’t worry about getting every note of a tune right; rather, focus on the heart of music and the rest would follow. If music is allowed to connect to our inner essence—our heart—then it will flow through the fingers. It is this connection to the heart that connects us to one another and affirms our membership in the human family.

That’s a great article (and a wonderful poem!). The mag looks interesting too…I definitely fall into the target audience, so I think I’ll give it a try.

I think I’ll print your poem out and tape it to my music rack. Sometimes it helps to be reminded about what really matters in the music.

Thank you all for your kind words. I am delighted you are enjoying what I wrote. Mission accomplished; if, it help you to …

Lee,

This is very cool. As one who took up playing relatively late in life, this poem expresses a lot for me. I now have it printed out and stuck to the wall above my favorite practice spot.

Thanks
