I don’t recall seeing any mention of the MacNeil Low D whistle on this list. Does anyone have any experience with them? Their web site is here
Thanks and best wishes.

I haven’t bought one yet, but definitely will…he also makes beautiful high whistles, and I’m thinking about what I need…Well, what I want…he didn’t make a high D until recently, otherwise I’d already have one, I just noticed that. Ryan is a great piper (reel pipes, I think) and whistle player…plays in Beolach. Really nice guy as well as a superb musician. The big thing about the moveable mouthpiece is control over the sound. There are a couple of other threads around where the macneil gets discussed, if you search.
