Low Whistle tutor

Does anyone have any recomendations for learning the low whistle? The only tutor I’m aware of is the Stefan Hennigan book and cd. does anyone have experience with it? Any suggestions would be most appreciatted

I have it, and it defintely helped me get a better handle on my technique.

I had the same experience. I think the drawings on the first part of the book are also very helpful. The strange thing is the book refers to 118 tracks but I could find only 80 tracks on the CD.
